The Next Act Showcase
I had an excellent opportunity to show off my gorgeous original artwork to the rest of the world this summer, my art was accepted into the 2025 showcase at a legendary local pub - The Next Act. My big ol’ beauties were up on the walls through July and August, including the weekend of the iconic Whyte Ave Art Walk. The word grateful barely covers how I felt. This was a big deal and a huge step in my art career.
The food and vibes at The Next Act are top notch, and I actually hang out there all the time! You should go check them out because supporting local looks so cute onyou.
My artwork was accepted into the yearly showcase at a local restaurant called The Next Act Pub, and I was so proud to display my art for the whole city to see! Check them out here: https://www.nextactpub.com/ I'm not interested in telling you what to see, I want to ASK you what you see in my art - do you see the beginnings of all cosmic lifeforms, or is that just me? Let me know in the comments! Thanks for checking out my gorgeous, original, handmade artwork. I hope you had as much fun as me!
An elegant display of golds, pinks and purples, braided together with beads and pearls. What do you see in the shapes? Do you see the movement? Can you feel the softness? This is a gentle exploration of your imagination.

This piece is intended as the “sister” or companion to “Golden Inner Worlds”. They were painted together, at the same time, with the same colors, but one piece took on the artist’s personal struggles and turmoils, while the other expressed the release. Made from similar pieces, with so much in common, but both paintings are each their own expression of something different.
The jewelry used in this unique piece comes from the artist’s personal collection - a favorite pink ring that was worn out from many nights on stage, and a beloved owl pendant worn with cozy sweaters. There are golden beads to tie it all back in with the colors of the antique frame, completing the softer, more expressive of the “sisters”.

The artist asks if you see the same things as she does with this art piece - “Do you see the ghost? Do you see the pieces of me and my own inner world? Are me and these broken pieces of jewelry still beautiful?” Here is a question about how much of the artist’s own thoughts and feelings are actually captured in a piece and whether or not the audience can see it? How do you interpret it?
This piece incorporates broken necklaces, a clip-on earring, beads, and glass glitter to form an abstract expression of self reflection, growth, and of course, beauty.
This original painting was showcased at The Next Act, and it was a wonderful opportunity! Check out my artwork on display in this local pub on My Very Famous Art Vlog!

The artist asks the viewer if they feel a sense of movement with this original painting, if they lose their footing and feel off balance? Can you get lost in the imaginary journey of the falling stars made of jewelry and rhinestones? This gorgeous painting is the sister painting to “Almost” as they live in matching frames and were painted as a set.
Available separately but it’s highly recommended that you keep the family together and purchase with the companion painting “Almost”! Wouldn’t they look great as a pair?

Can you feel a sense of “almost” with this piece? As if it is “almost” glittery enough? That it “almost” could use another line of beads and rhinestones? Is it “almost” complete”? The artist asks if an abstract mosaic makes you feel the same emotions that she feels? Can you feel the longing in the splash of teal paint? Do the pinks peaking through give the viewer the same feelings of distance as the artist? Does the string of wooden beads look like a far away tower to you, or do you just see beautifully arranged jewelry?
